Privacy Policy

Cadence Helm LLC (“Cadence Helm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a New Jersey limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit cadencehelm.com, submit our application form, or message us (including through our chat assistant or our social accounts), how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

What this policy covers. This policy covers this public website, the application form on it, our chat assistant, and messages you send us through our social media accounts (such as Instagram and Facebook). If you become a client, the information we handle while operating your systems — including any data about the people your business communicates with — is governed by the separate written agreement between us (and, where it applies, a Business Associate Agreement), not by this website policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the application form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. We only ask for what we need to respond to your inquiry.
When you chat with our assistant. If you use the chat window on the site (our AI assistant, June), we collect the messages you send and any contact details you choose to share. These conversations are handled by our customer-relationship platform (LeadConnector/HighLevel) so we can answer you. The assistant is for general questions about our service; please don’t enter sensitive personal or health information.
When you message us on social media. If you send us a direct message on Instagram, Facebook, or another platform, we receive the content of your message and the basic profile information that platform shares with us, such as your username and display name. Like our on-site chat, these messages are handled by our customer-relationship platform (LeadConnector/HighLevel), and an automated assistant may send the first reply before a person follows up. The platform you message from (for example, Meta) also handles your information under its own privacy policy. Please don’t send sensitive personal or health information this way.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This is used to operate and secure the site.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on these pages. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy first. Because we do not track you across sites, there is nothing to opt out of; we honor recognized browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where they apply.

How we use your information

To evaluate your application and determine whether Cadence Helm is a fit for your business.
To contact you about your inquiry and, if relevant, to discuss working together.
To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

We will not use the information you submit here to send you unrelated marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these limited cases:

Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting and our customer-relationship platform. They are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
Legal requirements, when we are required to respond to a lawful request or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business transfer, if Cadence Helm is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your information is handled.

How long we keep it

We keep application information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our reasonable business and legal records. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously and limit access to it.

Your privacy rights

The categories of personal information we collect are limited: identifiers (your name and email address, and—if you message us on social media—the username or handle that platform shares with us), any information you choose to write to us (in the application form, the chat window, or a social message), and internet/technical data (such as IP address and browser type) recorded automatically by our hosting provider. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use this information for profiling or automated decision-making.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and to receive a copy of it in a portable form. California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA) also have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, to limit the use of sensitive information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others) have similar rights, including the right to appeal a denied request. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under these laws, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@cadencehelm.com from the address associated with your inquiry, or have an authorized agent contact us on your behalf. We will verify your request, respond within the time the law requires, and tell you how to appeal if we are unable to honor it.

Children

This site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be made clear.
